Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to make award to Empowered Systems Holdings LLC., 3209 W Smith Valley Rd Ste 207 Greenwood, IN 46142–8510, on a sole source basis, for the purchase and renewal of AutoAudit Licenses.Empowered Systems Holdings LLC. is the developer of AutoAudit Software. TTB currently uses AutoAudit Licenses as part of its operations in the Tax Audit Division. This product has been in use since 2003 and thus supports the Government need for continuity of operations in support of excise tax audits and criminal investigation support.
