(1) Vendor needs to provide food operations service to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
- Service includes meal planning, menu creation, ordering and receiving food orders, meal preparations, and cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and cafeteria area.
- The respondent shall be responsible for providing food handler certificates or other licensing and certification.
- The respondent shall be responsible for the supervision, direction, and annual safety training for its employees in food handling safety, blood-borne pathogens, right to know, and hazardous waste training.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than November 28, 2022
(3) The contract will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
