[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide network equipment to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
- Cloud managed switching and wireless
- Zero-touch provisioning of wired and wireless equipment
- Cloud console must provide wired and wireless health visibility and insight
- Cloud must support SAML SSO login
- Must support granular multi-tier administrative control over equipment in cloud portal
- Must allow simple and easy, one-touch, device firmware upgrades
- Must be able to share and demonstrate cloud’s high availability and update schedule
- Must support audit and change logging
- Platform should be self-healing, self-reporting, and self-diagnosing
- Authentication for wireless needs to support SAML and or Azure direct authentication System should allow for instant rollback of configuration changes and define how long changes are maintained
- System should be supported by world-class expert service and support contract services and partners
- System shall NOT cease to function due to any licensing issue. System must continue to operate without restriction. (Absolutely NO hostage-based networking)
- Must support real-time export of all log data to cloud based SIEM or log aggregator
- Cloud system should also be capable of managing SD-WAN infrastructure
- Must provide outline of support service SLAs and hardware replacement programs
- Must provide delivery lead-times for all hardware solutions being proposed
- Must define all situations where per-user licensing may apply
- Cloud system must support MFA logins
- Cloud system must be capable of keeping data within the continental US
- Must disclose all cloud platform regulatory and industry security certifications
- Must disclose where and how Ivy Tech data and configurations are stored within cloud system and who has access
- Must disclose patching and development cycles as they relate to new features and system vulnerabilities
