[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bulk email and SMS communication tool
• Groups and/or user segmentation with granular access permissions
O Segments need to operate independently of one another while bubbling up to a parent account
• Mass email and SMS
O 180M emails (divided between groups), 15M text messages (divided between groups)
• Email API for transactional and notification emails
O Necessary Options: API, SMTP Relay, eCommerce plugins, or marketing automation
• Email deliverability optimization to ensure the reliability and speed of the State’s message sends.
• Easy email templating and the ability to input already designed HTML newsletters
• Email signup/subscribe widgets to embed on websites
• White-label branded interface for public-facing sections
• Segmented analytics and reporting
• Email and phone number importing (for migrating off another platform)
• Automated communication rules, such as alerts when webpages are updated
• No Daily Send limits
• Email and Phone support channels available
• A/B Testing
• Email and SMS campaign management
• Sub-Account Management
• Marketing Automation
• Transactional Email and SMS
• Template Editor, A/B Testing and campaign scheduling
