Government Authority located in Indianapolis, Indiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for sign upgrade services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sign upgrade services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
• The signs are to be stripped if necessary for a smooth surface to be repainted (IAA’s sign standards are to be utilized
• The signs can be either refurbished on site or disassembled and refinished at their facility and then reinstalled based on weather conditions
• Temporary signage will be required to be installed during sign refurbishment
• Proofs will be required to be submitted and approved prior to refurbishment
• White reflective tape is to be used
• All work will be completed and invoiced in 2022
• Completed signs may be invoiced in groups (include sign numbers on submitted invoices) to the project’s point of contact (POC)
• Damaged signs are to be properly repaired to original condition or replaced, if necessary
• The Indianapolis Airport Police temporary sign is to be replaced with a previously used post and panel sign that will need to be refurbished
• For the quote, each sign should be individually itemized by cost and the service to be provided, post their physical inspection by the service provider.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 20, 2021.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
