[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit asset management plan consultant and support system to review existing policies and procedures, identify gaps in the planning process, and identify and adapt best practices in transit asset management planning to implement a plan update.
- Preparing progress reports to accompany invoices
- Review existing TAM planning processes and supporting documents including, but not limited to, templates and inventory logs
- Identify and summarize proven technologies that are currently being used by other transit agencies to create and maintain an inventory of transit assets.
- Create a lifecycle management template.
(2) A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 15, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 20, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
