[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide video surveillance system with installation to gain a clearance on to the military installation to the government authority located in Grissom ARB, CO.
- surveillance systems are required in each building to maintain the integrity and security of government facilities and property
- camera covering main entrance door
- camera covering view of check-in/reception desk
- camera receiving area- installed in drop ceiling opposite the loading dock double door
- closed-circuit television systems to monitor government property
- system provides color cameras with the capability to switch to black/white, to provide coverage
day or night, with or without any additional lighting
- system shall be capable of instant capture and capturing still shots from video frames.
- system has the capability of being upgraded in the future with additional cameras.
- system shall connect to existing computer system
- Access to PC hardware for installation of software
- Access to cable pathways and equipment installation locations to include mechanical room
- Network connection from existing network to new switches for remote access from PC’s to video recorder.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
