[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide application services.
- Data Management Services will perform services and activities associated with the administration, maintenance, creation, and support of databases and data warehouses. This includes, but is not limited to, such activities required for the responsibility of managing data, performance, indexes, organization, space allocation, and data recovery, and integrity at a physical level. As well as creation, training, and assistance with delivering that data to applications and BI related technologies.
- Third Party Applications Provider team will consist of two key parts: Vendor Management – Concierge Service, Maintain Standards and Procedures; Application Administration and Configuration – Managing procedures for tasks associated with the applications and assisting vendors or customers with necessary configuration changes.
- Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Service Provider will support and develop GIS infrastructure to expose and leverage GIS content and capabilities with a Configure-First philosophy where appropriate; Service Provider will execute several key areas: Support of Users and GIS Software; Management of the Spatial Data Warehouse, including data workflows; Imagery Support and Management; GIS Planning and Analysis; GIS Data Analysis and Layer Creation; Application Configuration and Development; GIS Architecture Support.
- Service Provider is responsible for technical and functional support of City’s ERP System. ERP includes maintenance, governance, administration, planning and analysis, and configuration of the Peoplesoft system, and associated financial applications.
- The Service Provider will have a team of developers who focus primarily on developing web applications for a hybrid environment using scrum/ agile approach. With the City’s large portfolio of applications, this development can include enhancements, maintenance, modernizations of existing and legacy applications.
- Platform Service Provider will provide management, architecting, administration, configuration, integration and governance of platforms including Microsoft 365 applications, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Cloud providers, specifically Azure.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
