[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based payment processing services and solution for the ability to accept web-based transactions with an unlimited transaction amount and a solution for payment processing equipment and terminals for accepting payments via multiple interfaces.
- payment processing solution shall have the capability to easily and seamlessly integrate with the State’s current standard middleware products, including MuleSoft, or future State standard middleware products, to provide or develop an API for State connectivity to the Contractors payment processing solution
- has staff available daily during mutually agreed upon hours, for live chat or email support
- separate servers for testing, reporting, and production support
- integration capabilities with the State standard middleware products, including MuleSoft, or future State standard middleware products
- Support file transfers via Secure File Transfer Protocol or API/Webservice
- ability for the customer or user to print and email a receipt which references the transaction following successful payment when needed
- manage and support POS/In-Store acceptance (both swipe and key entry), IVR/Pay-by-Phone, WEB/Online Entry, Mobile Payment, and other agreed to methods for completing credit card and e-Check transactions with the required functionality, security, and data privacy
- payment-processor-hosted checkout that enables all user applications to accept credit data off the State network with no storing of customer credit card information in any State or Contractor database outside of the payment processing solution
- ability to provide end-to-end encryption upon request and for applicable services
- capability to batch transactions on a manual or scheduled basis
- Create a payment transaction log record when the customer and/or user attempts to make a payment which shall update when confirmation of authorization or rejection is sent back from the payment gateway
- ability to process full or partial refunds at the terminal level through manager provided override or password functionality
- Initial response time frames and resolution time periods
- A tracking system that assigns unique tracking IDs to each reported issue.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 31, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 7, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
