Vendor needs to provide website hosting and redesign services to assist with the strategy development and state-wide launch of its brand evolution and messaging based on an eight-month brand research project conducted in 2020.
- The College’s website presents a unique digital challenge – drive lead/prospect generation and promotion of its initiatives across the state while providing a vehicle for each of the College’s campuses and sites a space to customize the user experience to their location. There are two main goals of the website redesign: increase end-user functionality resulting in a measurable increase in organic application generation; and, update the back-end technology to allow for autonomous site updates.
- Increase end-user functionality resulting in a measurable increase in organic application generation. The College seeks to create a user-friendly, mobile-first, accessible website that easily conveys and connects its diverse user base. The newly designed site should be on the cutting edge of usability and accessibility, leading to increased organic site traffic (SEO) and organic site conversions. Site visitors should be provided with an experience customized to their needs while easily accessing information to move forward in steps towards engagement and interaction.

Below is a list of services the College expects the chosen partner to work closely with the Tech Systems Office Marketing and Communication team to assist with and, at times, oversee:

- Hosting Research/Recommendation/Contracting
- Front-End Coding (HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Back-End Coding (Java, PHP, JS, etc.)
- Visual/Mobile-First/Friendly Design
- Site Architecture and Content Strategy
- Asset/File Transfer
- Site Testing (Functionality, Compliance, Accessibility)
- Pre/Post Launch Support

B. BRAND EVOLUTION AND MESSAGING
- Below is a list of services the College expects the chosen partner to work closely with the Tech Systems Office Marketing and Communication team to assist with and, at times, oversee:
- Project Management
- Timeline Development
- Full review and comprehensive understanding of the brand research data and developed personas (will be provided)
- Strategy and plan for brand revolution
o Key messaging
o Identify key audiences/further develop personas (as needed)
o Creative toolkit
o Brand guide
o Internal audience sub-plan
o State-wide rollout recommendations (keeping virtual format in mind)
o Potential creative and media buying for a roll out campaign which might include TV, outdoor and more (excluding digital as the College has an existing partnership for digital media)

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
