(1) Vendor needs to provide case management and recruitment services for adoptive homes and finalizing adoptions for children in a safe and expedited manner to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2016.
(3) Contract period shall be for two years.
(4) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 3, 2016.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
