Vendor needs to provide to select a new Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system to replace our current cloud-based solution, current system with a cloud-hosted Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based VoIP solution, solution shall integrate with Office 365, include detailed reporting and call management functionality, and tiered administrative capabilities, The solution will need to fully operate with our existing desk/conference phones (Polycom VVX310 and Konftel 300Wx).
