[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide enrollment broker services for the state Medicaid Programs to the government authority located in Holly Indianapolis, IN.
- Telephone helplines will serve as a central point of information for the Medicaid programs, shall maintain and manage the existing Helplines for the Hoosier Healthwise, HIP, and Hoosier Care Connect programs to address problems and answer questions that members and potential members have about the programs.
- Provide live chat services to the State of Indiana via software provided by the Contractor and will reside on the State’s website, helpline staff will respond to chat requests directed to the Contractor from visitors of the HIP section of the State’s website who choose to use the chat function, Chat services will be available only during normal business hours when the Contractor’s helpline is open and available to callers.
- Data Entry and Correspondence shall enter all relevant information into the Contractor database and MMIS, as well as perform extensive data entry, tracking, accuracy monitoring, and database correction functions, data entered by the Helpline Representatives is used for monitoring
and tracking purposes and, reporting on the operations of the managed care programs overall as well as the individual MCEs.
- Helpline Maintenance and Management shall maintain and manage the existing Statewide toll-free Helpline number to assist members with MCE selections or MCE change requests, questions, concerns, or complaints, Call Center staff treats each caller with dignity and respects the caller’s right to privacy and confidentiality, Call Center staff shall greet callers and identify themselves by first name when answering, staff the Helplines to provide sufficient “live voice” access to its members for, at a minimum, fifty-five (55) hours a week, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Eastern Time zone.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
