[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document conversion and scanning services to digitize the remaining paper records using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in Pdf, doc, docx, csv, xls, xlsx, jpg, jpeg, bmp, png, jp2, gif, wmf, txt, ppt, pptx, Tiff/tiff file format.
- An approximately work volume will be 1 - 200 pages on average.
- Conversion of approximately 125 filing cabinet drawers representing current hardcopy personnel records in the Human Resources Department into digital images with associated metadata, and placing those digital images and metadata into the correct folders within the currently deployed Frontline Central system.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
