Vendor needs to provide appraisals services for scattered sites, value of similar surrounding properties and sales trends in the neighbourhood, location of the property and its place among its surroundings should factor into the opinion, comparable listings and recent sales as they affect the price opinion for a property, e chosen appraiser will also take into account an estimate of any of the costs associated with getting the property ready for sale and/or the cost of any needed repairs, knowledgeable and experienced and licensed to complete appraisals, knowledgeable and experienced with local real estate market to the government authority located in Fort Wayne, IN.
