[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video streaming and archiving services.
- Telecom and Video Services Agency staff to manage the live streams and the content of the archive.
- Secure, reliable, and accessible turnkey cloud-based solution to host, archive, maintain, and serve publicly accessible live and on-demand CCM audio, video, and associated content and metadata, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week online that integrates the archive with the City’s website.
(2) A WebEx preproposal conference will be held on June 10, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 15, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
