(1) Vendor needs to provide catering services at fort parks and recreation facilities to the government authority located in Fort Wayne, IN.
- provide high quality food and beverage services as one of the approved house caterers for all program and rental events for all rentals and major house events at Promenade Park,
- House events (other than special events) and meetings are exempt from the catering requirement.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 3,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 5,2019.
