[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide production, painting and distribution services for approximately 515,000 copies of the state travel guide to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
- Production of the state travel guide, including the development of the contents such as editorial material, photography, artwork, graphics, schematics and maps.
- Contents of the guide, including editorial material, photography, artwork, graphics, schematics and maps, guide shall be considered a collective work and shall be deemed work for hire under applicable copyright law, state will provide contractor with certain materials that the state owns, such as artwork, maps and editorial content.
- Photography will create a photo library for the state with images that are taken by contractor employees for the guide, already in contractor’s stock from other publications, purchased stock, purchased from freelance photographers.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 08, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 15, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
