[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
- State public transportation corporation intends to select several legal service providers from those who respond to enter into contracts with them to provide legal services
- Photocopying, long distance and other expenses including filing fees are reimbursable but at the law firm’s actual cost
- If attorneys or legal assistants are needed in a particular matter who have not been identified, their expertise and inclusion should be discussed with in-house prior to their involvement before their services are billed to the corporation
- Outside counsel are expected to refrain from knowingly undertaking representation that will create a conflict with the corporation and to inform in-house counsel promptly of any conflict that develops or they become aware of during the course of their representation of state public transportation corporation.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 5, 2019.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 9, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
