(1) Vendor needs to provide video streaming and archiving services to identify resources and partnerships that will enable the city's telecom and video services agency to pursue a feasible hosting strategy for its video content and metadata.
- To manage the live streams and the content of the video archive
- Content management includes editing of video and ability to attach supporting documents to specific videos in the archive
- Content management also includes metrics to show number of views over time and demographic information about our online viewers, both live stream and on archive.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 15, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
