(1) Vendor needs to provide database management system for programs supporting improvements in perinatal health and reducing infant mortality statewide.
- To rebuild our data system and end-user applications offering higher functionality and increased security for reducing adverse ethical events such as unnecessarily contacting families with infants who are deceased as well as minimizing risk for disclosure of confidential health information.
- Solutions for improved data integration links incoming data from multiple disparate sources to develop a comprehensive individual health profile.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 23, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
