(1) Vendor needs to provide planning services for regional advertisement and social media outreach to assist with in development of public engagement strategies, and to conduct publicity and social media outreach, publicity through local papers, radio, television and billboards, online engagement design across several social media platforms and maintenance of the associated social media pages for the duration of the public meeting schedules, publicity for local papers, press releases, and partners, radio advertisement and social media pages for the following platform Facebook, Twitter and Mind mixer.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 8, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
