[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide personal property tax filing program services for personal property tax assessment requires businesses and farmers to complete a series of detailed personal property forms, which are prescribed by the Department of Local Government Finance to categorize and calculate the value of the personal property used to conduct their commercial activities to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
- Department’s proposed solution is a convenient on-line portal through which taxpayers can file their personal property returns, the tool will contain a database storing taxpayer data filed across multiple years and accessible to the taxpayer upon their return to the website, data will be interfaced to county assessor offices and entered into the property tax management system through pre-defined data fields.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than September 04, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
