[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide state employee and contractor engagement campaign services to obtain a baseline assessment of state employee and contractor understanding of the social determinants of health by which the state can measure future gains in understanding and acceptance, build awareness of the social determinants of health and health equities so that state employees recognize how they impact the Hoosiers we serve in real life situations and scenarios, identify compelling reasons for state employees to care about the social determinants of health and how they impact the overall health outcomes of the people we serve.
- Creative materials could include email content, social media strategy and accounts, website and intranet content, brochures, posters, and other in-office advertisements and videos/webinars.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than August 20, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
