(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services may consist of the various types of consultant services which will be determined during project scoping; however, the services are anticipated to include, but not limited to:
- Survey
- Review of record information
- Utility evaluation
- Drainage evaluation
- Field investigation
- Design including architectural, structural, civil services
- Geo-technical engineering investigation
- Coordination of environmental elements
- Detailed cost estimates
- Permitting plan to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2018.
(3) A pre-meeting will be held on August 15, 2018.
