(1) Vendor needs to provide conveyance maintenance system to the government authority located in Indiana.– Respondent will support the system 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Conveyance System should have the ability to notify Authority personnel that a unit is down prior to a customer service call.– Respondent will provide their own Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) This will be used to document, track, and report on all maintenance and parts activities.– Respondent will provide one contact number for issues and hierarchy for problem resolutions.– Respondent will manage inventory both specific and general related to the Conveyance system.– Microprocessor Hydraulic Elevator System.– Microprocessor Traction Elevator System.– Escalator System.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
