(1) Vendor needs to provide central reservations solution. • Comprehensive and dynamic solution with the ability to support a yearly average of 288,259 public reservations of rentable facilities, such as campsites, cabins, and shelters, across 173,363 acres of property.• The solution shall fully support these reservation functions through multiple sales channels, allowing for product sales, customer service, and constituent participation to occur in–person through personnel, over the phone with a supplier–managed reservation line, or online through a user–friendly, retail–oriented application• A Central Reservation System (CRS) component that seamlessly processes registrations, reservations, cancellations, and changes/transfers through an online customer–direct application, an over–the–phone or call center option, and in–person sales at properties.• A Point–of–Sale (POS) and Inventory Management (IM), (collectively POS/IM) component.• A Gift Card Program component that will fully integrate with or be absolved by a single agency–wide Gift Card program at some point in the future. • The Solution should have the ability to sell, redeem, or refund Gift Cards by any payment method via any sales channel.• An Event Management component that can assign a unique umbrella identifier to an event• A Venue and Ticketing Management component that allows for online and in–person booking of tickets with various pricing structures for tours, school groups, theatre or amphitheatre shows, and other events with a timed start and limited capacity.• A Customer Self–Service Options.
