(1) Vendor needs to provide fee services for medicaid incontinence supplies to the government authority located in Indiana.– Provides quality incontinence supplies for its fee for service (ffs) medicaid members– Duties will include delivery of incontinence supplies, member education, member communication and other responsibilities towards ensuring timely and quality supplies reach members.– Toll–Free Telephone Number and Toll–Free Tele–Typewriter(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on February 24, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
