Vendor needs to provide language interpretation and translation services.– Provide face–to–face interpretation services, the Contractor(s) shall instead provide Virtual Interpretation Services, both during normal business hours and after business hours, in emergency and non–emergency situations- In–Person Interpretation and Translation Services- Virtual Interpretation and Translation Services- Telephonic Interpretation and Translation Services- Document Interpretation and Translation Services- Audio description and captioning- Educational programs and exhibits- Meetings- Case management– Standard hours of service shall be 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday.– Provide after–hours or emergency interpretation services twenty–hour (24) hours per day and seven (7) days per week
