(1) Vendor needs to provide mobility solutions call center services.– The call center provides exceptional service by answering inquiries about:1. Fixed route information2. Trip planning3. Pass sales– Ensure safe, timely, professional, and reliable call center operations.– Responsible for direct communication access customers.– Responsible for paratransit operations and maintenance access.– Vendor is financially responsible for all multilingual language services.– Communicate effectively with customers.– Reading and interpreting operators' manifests.– Identifying customers' transportation needs.– Conducting accident investigations and determining preventability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 17, 2024.
