LEGAL-12794 - USA (South Bend, Indiana) - General Legal Counsel Service - Deadline October 18,2024

(1) Vendor needs to provide general legal counsel service to the government authority located in South Bend, IN.– Legal counsel will provide representation, advice, and interpretation of federal, state, and local law.– Federal regulatory oversight such as complex grant management issues, procurement or other contracts.– General policy review as new or amended policies are developed. Including but not limited to Personnel and Fiscal Policies, as well as organizational By–Laws.– Counsel to concerning state and federal employment and labor law.– Counsel to Executive Director regarding the preparation of procurement opportunities such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for projects and services, as well as the evaluation and ranking of proposals received.– Review of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and procurement contracts for State and Federal laws and regulations.– Provide guidance and related procedural matters.– Manage legal actions or administrative proceedings.– Advise on responses to subpoenas, court orders, and requests for information from third parties.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 27, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for three years.(4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 4, 2024.
