(1) Vendor needs to provide process safety management support services to the government authority located in Crane, IN.– Evaluating and improving existing safety and health programs to keep employees and their representatives informed of relevant elements, such as, training, hazard assessments, and incident investigation findings.– Developing a process and associated documentation to capture the dissemination of information to employees and receive their feedback.– Compiling all written process safety information for chemicals, process technology, and equipment into a database on the company network so employees fully understand hazards and safe operations of each process.– Compiling and developing details on equipment to ensure they are in accordance with appropriate design codes.– Creating a comprehensive checklist for the pre–start–up safety review.– Evaluating and improving the incident investigation process such that corrective actions are appropriate and resolved in a timely manner in accordance with army regulations and the requirements.(2) This bid is set–aside for Total Small Business FAR 19.5.
