(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and classification study service to the government authority located in Fort Wayne, IN.  1. Classification plan:– Create a Classification plan for approximately 43 classifications representing approximately 51 full–time and 4 part–time agency employees.– Develop a classification structure that reflects agency overall classification and compensation strategy and includes the clear definition of terms and the development of possible career ladders for full time and part–time unit agency employees.– Confirm comparable positions in other Indiana local government, not–for–profit and private sector organizations and present benchmark findings.– Develop a comprehensive questionnaire to be completed by all employees.2. Compensation plan:– Provide appropriate implementation and maintenance manuals.– Conduct training sessions for designated agency staff.– Provide options for compensating employees who are deemed to have met the maximum in their salary range.– Develop external competitive and internal equitable salary recommendations for each classification included with the study.– Assign a salary range to each classification which reflects the results of the market survey and the analysis of the internal relationships.
