(1) Vendor needs to provide visual display system to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.– Updating the emergency operations center visual display system for the metropolitan emergency services agency.– Provide a turnkey open architecture system to support the county emergency operations center for activations, training, and teleconferences for the city.– System shall have a display wall of similar dimensions and equal or higher resolution, allowing for similar flexibility in sizing and display configuration.– System shall have the ability to ingest signals from up to 7 computers dedicated in the server room and a minimum of 5 cable television feeds.– System shall have the ability to be utilized in a virtual conferencing environment, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or similar collaborative applications providing at least one camera and microphone from a station as well as a minimum of 1 general room camera, preferably more, and a microphone system to be utilized from the workstations.– Video wall system's networked components and architecture shall integrate with the city it network.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 11, 2024.
