The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) V–22 Joint Program Office (PMA–275), at Patuxent River, MD intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019–24–G–0005 to The Rolls–Royce Corporation 450 S. Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46225–1103. This award will be on a sole source basis. The procurement will provide Non–recurring engineering (NRE) for the Feasibility Assessment and delivery of an Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) for development, qualification, and procurement of an improved AE1107 Engine Torquemeter Monopole (TMM) Sensor, in support of PMA–275`s V–22 Osprey Drive System Safety and Health Information (ODSSHI) program. The procurement is intended to include options for procurement of the improved sensors for integration on approximately 327 aircraft in the V–22 fleet. The quantity identified herein is estimated and may be adjusted to reflect other such quantities to meet fleet
