Vendor needs to provide travel pay processing system for end–to–end technological solution that processing travel entitlements and payments.– Agency seeks a solution, which includes, at a minimum, receiving, computing, and transmitting travel vouchers within the travel claim package for military (Active, Reserve, and Guard) and civilian permanent change of station /permanent duty travel, Relocation Income Tax Allowance, personally procured moves, temporary change of station, contingency operations, evacuation entitlements, 1164 local travel, Extended TDY Tax Reimbursement Allowance, casualty/Wounded Warrior travel, funeral travel, invitational travel, and temporary duty.– The number of annual transactions range between 95,000 to 100,000 TDY transactions and 300,000 to upwards of 550,000 PCS transactions, which includes the orders, vouchers, and all supporting documentation (e.g. electronically scanned and stored orders, forms, and receipts in a variety of file formats such as PDF or JPEG).
