Importing project work order numbers from the system should occur in a seamless process through an easily configurable, interface tool.• Solution must be Web–based and scale to support all employees on a single, easily accessible database.Solution should accommodate non–PC based employees by making “time off” requests available from other collection devices.• Solution must have a fully customizable pay rules engine that is parameter driven and easy for managers to set–up, change, and track.– This engine should also have the capability to perform multiple, complex overtime and change of pay calculations based on alterable rules.• Solution must have the ability to automatically and intelligently calculate premiums based upon established criteria and should also provide the ability to calculate shift differentials, assign special bonus pay and Baylor pay, and automatically calculate earned employee bonusesSolution must allow time entries in timecards for the current pay period to be editable by employees up until the pay period ends.• Solution must be capable of analyzing timecards for errors prior to submitting the timecards to managers for an electronic signature of approval.• Solution must be capable of generating detailed, real–time reports (leave balances and usage, attendance history, time usage breakdown, etc.) based on customized managerial queries.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 16, 2024.
