(1) Vendor needs to provide instruction and training management program support services for management, planning, programming, coordination, execution, review and analysis, program resource allocation and budgeting and management of training resources to the government authority located in Butlerville, IN.
- Support the development of curriculum, annual training plans and calendars.
- Manage the setup, daily maintenance, and tear down of all training facilities and locations, including classrooms and exercise venues.
- Develop and coordinate course schedules.
- Support recruiting and facilitate student registration.
- Coordinate billeting for all personnel, including students and government staff.
- Manage the delivery of audio and visual, communications and IT support, including classroom presentation systems, printing and copying services.
- Administer student surveys and provide timely analysis and reporting.
- Manage all administrative and logistical support including local transportation, communications, billeting, meals and coffee, water and snack breaks.
- Coordinate the purchase of instructional and student materials including textbooks, advisor handbooks and individual first aid kits.
(2) The contract term will be one years.
