[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide clinician lead community response system to provide a mental health clinician and peer response to low-risk behavioral health 911 calls to de-escalate and connect individuals in distress to the appropriate services and supports. This will include providing information and referral, assessment, crisis intervention, de-escalation, brief intervention and client-driven connection to services or supports in response to identified need.
- Utilize a system of response teams that will include a mental health clinician and a peer specialist to provide 24/7 coverage in targeted areas.
- Provide real-time assistance to respond as effectively as possible given the resources available at the time.
- Follow up with individuals after the initial response to provide additional assistance if needed.
- Ensure that staff receive continuous training and skill development related to the work, team development, cultural responsiveness, etc.
- Be compliant with all client confidentiality requirements. Background checks may be necessary depending on level of access to data.
- Use the case management or data management system that is used and the assessment and intervention center to support continuity of care or services for individuals who use all three systems.
- Provide crisis de-escalation, assessment, brief intervention, connection and system navigation for individuals who are connected through 911 dispatch or through the phone number.
- Support individual-driven choices regarding connection to services and supports.
- Work with the individual to reconnect them to services as appropriate. This may include emergency shelter, treatment services, community centers, food resources, health or mental health resources, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 10, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
