[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce connector reverse commute transit services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.
- Provide a “Turnkey” Reverse Commute service.
- Provide a minimum of 180 service days connecting the IndyGo Route 8 (Plainfield) and Routes 37 and 86 (Whitestown) with the targeted employment sites on weekdays, with provisions for possible extension of that service to weekends.
- Compliance with US DOT regulations
- Vehicles used, submit on form provided
- Proof of qualified and trained drivers: submit resumes of drivers and summary of internal training program
- A documented maintenance program: submit maintenance records of proposed vehicles for past 6 months
- Vehicle storage
- Cleaning (interior and exterior): submit processes used
- Fuel and fueling operations (contractor to provide)
- Non-service parking
- Proof of insurance, selected Contractor is to add for liability coverages.
(2) A pre-bid conference had been on October 19, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted in written no later than October 26, 2022.
(4) The contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
