[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit advertising service to fully operate a multi-channel transit advertising sales program.
- Sell, install, manage inventory and deinstall print advertising on buses
• Selling, installing and removing and managing inventory of print ads on all buses (fixed route and paratransit)
• Production of print ads
• Scheduling installation and removal of ads, proof of performance photos, special appearances of wrapped buses for advertisers in cooperation with maintenance staff
• Routing all advertising art to staff for approval before production
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2022.
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 5, 2022.
(4) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
